As a seasoned Philadelphia based Real Estate Developer, Sean McGovern brings over 12 years of experience in both commercial & residential development projects. Socially minded, McGovern feels a sense of responsibility to the neighborhoods in which he works. He brings life into blighted buildings and decaying lots with a modern industrial design that pays homage to the historic nature of Philadelphia.
After McGovern received his MBA in finance from LaSalle University, he begun his career at Marubeni, one of the largest Japanese Trading Companies in the world. Marubeni specializes in Energy, Transportation, Commercial Finance, & Institutional Development.
Now, McGovern has personally invested and developed over $150 Million in both commercial & residential development projects and specializes in Multi-Family Housing. With a successful track record in various roles as sponsor or investor, he continues to invest in Philadelphia’s hottest neighborhoods.
